**ENGLISH** La Routine (2013)

This score was written in the context of a composition contest in Italy. The participating composers had the choice of three animated short films. The one that inspired me most on the day had the title "La Routine" ("The Routine") and tells the story of a day in the life of a typical worker. During his journey on the subway, in order to escape, he imagined crossing an imaginary world before falling back into his daily routine. The instrumentation was imposed (oboe, horn, percussion, violin, viola, cello, contrabass). Although not recorded on the day of the contest, I decided during 2019 to record it in order to include it in this compilation of soundtracks. For this I revised the original score and I adapted it to the instrumentalists I had around me.

Cette partition a été écrite dans le contexte d’un concours de composition à l’image en Italie. Les compositeurs participants, avions le choix parmi trois courts-métrages d’animation. Celui qui en ce jour m’inspira le plus portait comme titre "La routine" et narrait une journée quelconque d’un travailleur lambda. Dans son parcours dans le métro, afin de s’évader, il imaginait traverser un monde imaginaire avant de retomber dans son train-train quotidien. L’instrumentation était imposée (Hautbois, Cor, Percussions, Violon, Alto, Violoncelle, Contrebasse). Bien que non retenue en son jour, j’ai décidé courant 2019 de l’enregistrer afin de l’inclure dans cette compile de bandes sons. Pour ce j’ai révisé la partition originale et je l’ai adapté aux instrumentistes que j’avais autour de moi.

**CASTELLANO** La Routine (2013)

Esta partitura fue escrita en el contexto de un concurso de composición para imagen en Italia. Los compositores participantes teníamos que escoger entre tres cortometrajes de animación. El que en su día me inspiró llevaba como título "La Routine", "La Rutina" y narraba una jornada cualquiera de un trabajador raso. En su recorrido en el metro, con la intención de evadirse, se imagina atravesar un mundo imaginario antes de recaer en su día a día.
La instrumentación era impuesta (Oboe, Trompa, Percusión, Violín, alto, Violonchelo, Contrabajo). La obra no fue retenida en su día pero he decidido grabarla en 2019 con la idea de incluirla en este recopilatorio. Para ello he revisado la partitura original y la he adaptado a los instrumentistas que tenía alrededor mío.
